Account Activation
ICS Graduate and Undergraduate Students
Students that are ICS majors or enrolled in some ICS courses will already have an accounts setup for them. They should follow the directions at the link below to activate that account.

ICS Ugrads will receive accounts on both both Windows and Linux systems that are supported by ICS Computing Support.
ICS Grads will also receive an ICS Google account.
Staff, Faculty, and Visitors
Before aquiring an ICS account please activate your UCInetID.
Once you have a UCInetID, please have your department manager/personnel or advisor submit an account request to onboarding.ics.uci.edu noting the following:
- UCInetID
- University affiliation (e.g. grad, staff, faculty, visitor)
- Advisor, Manager, or Instructor
- Any special groups or projects you will be working with
UCI Students that are not ICS majors must also go throught this onboarding process in order to receive an ICS account.
