+**Reason**:  Con added ns6.service.uci.edu into production.  Since it didn't allow internal view, our lookup to uci.edu domain would go to the root domain and hit their external view dns servers and have an odd result.  Adding forwarding zone for uci.edu to lookup from ns1.service and ns2.service resolves this issue for lookups internally.
